Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated and energetic Customer Support Interns to join our MPNL team. The role involves handling tele calling activities, communicating with customers, and maintaining accurate call records.
Age Limit: Up to 25 years (Please do not apply if you are above 25 years of age.)
Key Responsibilities
â?¢ Make Outbound calls and Inbound per day to customers using the
provided database.
â?¢ Explain company services and address basic customer queries.
â?¢ Accurately record call details and customer feedback.
â?¢ Follow up with interested or pending customers.
â?¢ Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer
interactions.
Required Skills
â?¢ Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
â?¢ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred).
â?¢ Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
â?¢ Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
â?¢ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria
â?¢ Currently pursuing or recently completed Graduation (any stream or related field).
â?¢ Freshers are welcome to apply.
