Job Description:
1. Analysis and development of database work related to onboarding work
2. Participate in various calls – at times later in the day
3. Agree/negotiate scope of change
4. Work with QA teams to facilitate sign offs
5. Join UAT calls
6. Leads the team as required
7. Provide tech leadership for some concurrent streams within MOTIF, analyse requirements – provide innovative and correct solutions
8. Partner with the PCIT and IB Design Authority for tech related topics, and imbibe them into the deliverables.
9. Provide knowledge transfer and mentor junior members of the team.

Key Skills:
1. Able to analyze requirements, provide estimates, develop performant database code in time
2. Negotiate with stakeholders about timelines and scope
3. Able to represent code changes impact to technical team
4. Able Participate on production calls and help to resolve
5. Good understanding of investment banking, and the industry sector
6. Good understanding of front to back finance and operational process flows
7. Understanding of Agile SDLC concepts; Understanding of Scrum/Kanban Agile SDLC methodology
