Job Description:
1. Sourcing of candidates through various job portals and screening the resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

2. Conduct initial rounds of interview to check suitability of candidates for required positions.

3. Should be excellent in understanding the job description, its key result areas, opportunities, career implications and review applicants to evaluate if they meet the companies requirement.

4. Be helpful to the candidates by providing information about the company and the benefits of working at Marvist Digital Marketing.

5. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates recruiting.

6. Leverage expertise and skill to utilize the Internet for recruitment.

7. Submitting status reports in a timely manner.

8. Based on annual HR cycle of HR works support as part-time HR generalist.

9. May be required to handle on-boarding, induction training, basic training, an employee counseling among other matters.

Any Graduate

Required Skills:
1. Demonstrated ability in successfully hiring good candidates in a competitive atmosphere with minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment are preferred. Committed freshers are also welcome.

2. Decent academic achievements, possessing strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, along with strong internal compass and self confidence.

3. Articulate with good persuasion and communication skills.

4. Ideal candidates will be MBA/PG Diploma in HR, BBA is preferred (but not must) and having a zeal to constantly master skills related to talent acquisition.

5. Should handle the recruiting process in a pleasant, professional way while being focused on the objectives.
