Job Description:
1. Identify and research potential clients and develop and maintain client relationships in universities and corporations

2. Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to negotiate contract terms and develop mutually beneficial proposals

3. Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed and update all stakeholders and internal executives

4. Interact with customers to help diagnose issues, as well as research and find solutions client’s problems, to improve customers’ productivity and satisfaction with ANSYS products

5. Assume ownership of the customer experience, practice active listening skills and respond positively to situations requiring cooperation, courtesy, and tact

6. Participation in internal corporate initiatives to further enhance the solution suites, sales enablement, and professional growth

Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in engineering or related technical discipline with focus on Structural Mechanics areas

Skills:
1. Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) and/or business-to-consumer (B2C) sales

2. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions in client negotiations and think independently in a fast-paced environment

3. Excellent prioritization skills and ability to receive and process multiple requests efficiently

4. Able to handle sensitive and confidential information at the highest level

5. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

6. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software

7. Able to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
