Job Description:
1. You will design, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain software code according to functional, non-functional and technical design specifications.

2. You will follow Amdocs software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes, to ensure code is maintainable, scalable, and supportable, and demo the software products to stakeholders.

3. You will investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provide fixes and workarounds, and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.

4. You will work within a team, collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews, provide comments and suggestions, and work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.

5. You will assume technical accountability for your specific work products within an application and provide technical support during solution design for new requirements.

6. You will be encouraged to actively look for innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiency in all assigned tasks.

Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Science/IT/Computer Science or equivalent

Experience: 1 - 7 years of experience working on the implementation, configuration, and/or development of the Service Now tool.

Technical Skills:
1. Service Now Experience should include scripting in Service Now, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment. Specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the Service Now platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications

2. Good Experience of a Service Now development including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions

3. Candidates should possess the skill to develop on the Service Now platform including the customization of the service now core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog, knowledge management, service now portals, etc.

4. Good experience for implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology

5. Should have good working experience with ITSM tools is plus

6. Custom application development on the Service Now platform including Custom UI Pages and content in the CMS.

7. Experience with working or developing with JavaScript - HTML5, Jelly, jQuery and Angular JS is a plus

8. Excellent experience in service now Integrations (SOAP,REST, and JSON as well as JDBC and file imports) is plus

9. Experience on Orchestration and Discovery is plus
