Job Description:
1. Respond to customer requests in a timely manner by processing Claims within Turn Around Time

2. Investigate the claim for identifying suspicious activities on the claims and also looks for the recovery opportunities.

3. Determine the best course of action for the Customer to resolve the claim

4. Should have strong understanding of the internal policies, procedures, Amex, Visa and MasterCard guidelines to dispute resolution and regulatory requirements when reviewing Customer accounts

5. Adherence to the SLA’s – productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy

6. Should be flexible in working multiple functions

Candidate Profile:
Any Graduate

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Required Skills:
1. Fundamental understanding of Credit Cards

2. Applicable Regulatory Laws for Credit Cards

3. Good Communication Skills(both written and oral)

4. Strong analytical skills

5. Detail oriented

6. Ability to work well under pressure

7. Ability to multitask and adapt to change

8. Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools
