Job Description:
1. Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating phone , via remote connection or over the Internet

2. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services

3. Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms

4. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, IPTV, VOIP and more

5. Research required information using available resources

6. Follow standard processes and procedures

7. Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications

8. Redirect problems to appropriate resource

9. Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software

Candidate Profile:
1. Proper phone etiquette

2. Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately

3. Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar

4. Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment

5. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

6. Effective listening skills

7. Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good

8. Multi-tasking capabilities

9. Weekend working availability on a Saturday or Sunday if required
