Role & responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates for BPO positions.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and manage relationships with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Fresher and Experienced both can apply.
Skills:
Strong understanding of BPO roles and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
