Job Description:
1. Capture user requests for custom designs and templates
2. Review, analyze and prioritize the requirements based on user demand and overall strategy
3. Compare requirements with existing third-party or internally developed layouts
4. Collaborate with stakeholders, the enterprise architect and internal and external developers to design the best layout/template
5. Write design specifications for custom applications
6. Assign work to developers and oversee the development and test process
Candidate Profile:
Experience: At least 3 years professional experience with Application architectures, requirement gathering and specification design
Required Skills:
1. Excellent knowledge of Server technologies & architectures (Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS)
2. Excellent knowledge of the .NET framework
3. Very good knowledge of Web Technologies & Languages (AJAX, jQuery, C#, ASP.Net, CSS, HTML, XML, XSLT)
4. Knowledge of Silverlight a plus
5. Proven experience with analyzing and documenting complex processes
6. Proven experience interacting directly with end users
7. Experience with tools and methodologies for requirements gathering and modeling
7. Proven track record in Software Development
8. Excellent writing skills and experience with creating design documents, specifications and test plans.
9. Experience with issue tracking and project management tools
