Job description
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter Overseas Recruitment to handle end-to-end recruitment for international manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references and walk-ins.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills and salary expectations.
Handle bulk recruitment for skilled, semi-skilled, technical and professional positions.
Coordinate client interviews, walk-ins and virtual interviews.
Brief candidates regarding job roles, salary, benefits and interview requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
Follow up with selected candidates through documentation, medical, visa and deployment.
Coordinate with the Operations and Documentation teams to ensure timely closure of requirements.
Achieve assigned sourcing, interview and selection targets.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; HR/Recruitment qualification preferred.
2â??5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in overseas/GCC manpower recruitment.
Strong communication, sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Target-oriented, organized and capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in GCC/Overseas Recruitment and bulk manpower hiring.Role & responsibilities
