Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: Freshers / 01 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate; MBA/BBA Freshers preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days/Week | Sunday Fixed Off
Shift: Day Shift
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, and joining.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Good sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior recruitment experience is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
Freshers: 13,000 â?? 15,000 per month
Experienced: 18,000 â?? 25,000 per month
Salary depends on experience and performance.
Incentives up to 10,000 per month
