Salary: Up to 32,000 CTC per month

Working Days: 5 Days a Week Shift: Rotational Shifts
Job Summary - We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Process Executives with hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS or not. The ideal candidate should have experience handling travel-related queries, reservations, ticketing, and customer support through voice processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to travel bookings and inquiries.
Manage flight reservations, ticketing, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds using Amadeus GDS.
Assist customers with travel itineraries and fare-related information.
Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high levels of service quality.
Maintain accurate booking records and customer details.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in the Travel Process.
Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory.
Good knowledge of flight booking, ticketing, fare rules, and itinerary management.
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate freshers for Domestic and Minimum 6 months of Experience for international
Experience in an international/domestic travel voice process preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
