MEGA WALK-IN DRIVE VOICE ,SEMI-VOICE AND CHAT PROCESS (Healthcare & ECommerce)
ECommerce Chat Process
Experience: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in chat support (mandatory)
Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (pursuing candidates not eligible)
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
Shift: Day shift
Language Requirement: English (mandatory)
ECommerce Voice & Mail Process
Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
Shift: Day shift
Language Requirement: Strong fluency in English and Hindi
Healthcare Voice Process
Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Language Requirement: Strong fluency in English and at least one of the following regional languages: Bengali, Assamese, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil
Age Criteria: Applicants must be between 18 and 32 years of age.
