Role & responsibilities:
We are hiring for Customer Support International Non-Voice Process.
We are looking for 0-2 years of experience and freshers who want to build their careers in the customer service domain by having excellent communication and written skills.
NOTE: Must have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English - Looking for an Immediate Joiner.
Job Role: Customer Support Associate
Interview Mode: F2F
Preferred candidate profile:
Excellent communication skills and written skills.
The candidate's prime role will be assisting customers through emails.
Candidates who are in Chennai Location alone.
Required only immediate joiners and somebody who are within 25KM radius of distance.
0-2 years of experience (freshers welcome!).
Highest Qualification: + 2 / Diploma for 3 years/ Graduates in any stream with no current backlogs.
Shift: Rotational shifts-includes both day and night
6 days of work,1 day-rotational off
It is Work from Office!
