Role: Customer Support Executive International Voice / Blended Process
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
Experience: 1+ Year in International Voice Process, International Sales, or Client Servicing
Salary: Up to 5 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Shift: US / UK / Rotational Shift
Work Mode: Work from Office
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Resolve customer queries while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM tools.
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
Escalate complex cases whenever required.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process / International Sales / Client Servicing.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
