Process US healthcare claims with accuracy and within timelines.
Handle and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Utilize quick decision-making skills to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
Deliver exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Who Can Apply?
Fresh Graduates (2023- 2026 Pass outs)
Degrees allowed: BCom, BSc, BBA, BA, Pharma (Non-Technical Streams Only)
Not Eligible: BE/B.Tech, Postgraduates, Diploma holders
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
