We are hiring immediate joiners for the Hindi Voice Support role. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are passionate about customer service and have strong English and Hindi communication skills.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls in Hindi.
Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
Work in coordination with team members to achieve service targets.
Stay updated with product information and company policies.
Qualifications
High school or Any Graduation
Proficiency in Hindi language.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle difficult calls and manage stress effectively.
