Role & responsibilities
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understand their goals, recommend suitable international education and overseas employment solutions, and ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries.
Counsel clients on study abroad and overseas career opportunities.
Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.
Coordinate with admissions, processing and operations teams.
Maintain CRM records and reports.
Deliver excellent customer service and achieve conversion targets.
